BC Building Code

The British Columbia Building Code is the Provincial regulation that governs new home construction, repairs, alterations, and demolition.

BC Fire Code

The BCFC (British Columbia Fire Code) is a regulation for the use, construction, design, fire hazards, and protection measures for the current or intended use buildings.
