CVRD Woodstove Replacement ProgramThe Cowichan Valley Regional District wood stove replacement program is an incentive to replace your old smokey wood burning appliance with a new efficient wood burning stove, or other gas, propane or bio fueled appliance.
Eligibility CSA or EPA -certified wood burning stoves that are over five years old and wood burning fireplace inserts that are installed in open hearths may be eligible for replacement.
